Checking Architectural Accuracy in AI Property Reels
Review architectural accuracy in an AI property reel by comparing the full moving clip with its source image. Pay particular attention to fixed features: doors, windows, wall openings, stairs and built-in elements should not change shape, number or position during the animation.

Establish a source reference for each clip
Keep the original image beside the generated result and identify the room. Note the fixed features most likely to affect a buyer's understanding. Do not review from memory alone, especially when several similar rooms appear in the project. A clear source-to-clip record makes discrepancies easier to locate and explain.
Inspect movement, not only endpoints
Watch at normal speed, then pause through the movement where geometry changes or an occluded area becomes visible. Look for bending frames, appearing openings, altered stair details or surfaces that change identity. The first and last frames can look plausible while intermediate frames introduce features that were never in the property.
Separate minor presentation issues from material changes
A distracting visual artifact may require revision even when it does not change the listing. A new window, expanded room or altered view is a more fundamental accuracy problem. Do not keep such a clip simply because the edit is short. Replace it with a faithful alternative or real footage when necessary.
Example: a window changes during a camera move
In an illustrative review, a source kitchen has two clearly defined window sections, but the animation briefly adds a third. That clip should be revised or excluded. A caption saying the reel uses AI does not make an inaccurate representation of the actual kitchen acceptable.
Architectural review
- Compare each clip with its correct source.
- Inspect doors, windows, stairs and built-ins throughout movement.
- Check newly revealed areas for invented geometry.
- Revise or reject material changes before publication.
Frequently asked questions
Is a smooth-looking clip necessarily accurate?
No. Smooth motion can conceal changes to layout or details. Accuracy requires comparison with the source and, where needed, verification by someone familiar with the property.
Does an AI label excuse altered architecture?
No. Identification helps viewers understand the production method, but factual property media should still preserve material features accurately.
