Photos are delivered between 12 and 24 hours, depending on the project. Video, interactive tours and other media may have a different schedule; confirm those deliverables when booking. Share the listing launch date and any building access limits before the appointment.

Clear kitchen and bathroom counters, make beds, hide personal items and clean windows and balcony glass. Arrange balcony furniture and open access to every room being photographed. Provide the unit number, parking instructions, entry procedure and any elevator reservation. Keep moving, cleaning and maintenance appointments separate from the photography window.

Yes. Identify the rooms and balcony where the view is visible so the session can include those perspectives. Clean glass and remove objects that block the outlook. The photographs should show the view from the actual unit; an aerial or photograph of a nearby beach serves a different purpose and should be clearly distinguished.

Discuss the requested amenities before booking and arrange any necessary permission with building management or the property owner. Confirm access hours and whether the space will be available for photography. Shared amenities should be identified separately from the unit’s private features, and access should not be assumed simply because the listing is in the building.

AVS offers drone photography, subject to weather, flight authorization and conditions at the specific address. For a condo or coastal property, discuss the desired exterior and location views in advance. Aerial photos can show the building’s setting, but they do not replace photographs of the view from the unit itself.
