How much is the Photos Only service?
Photos Only is listed at $230. The published residential pricing is for listings up to 2,500 square feet. Share the size and address when booking; larger properties and custom projects need a confirmed quote.
What should the photography session focus on?
Start with the rooms and exterior features that explain the property: living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor areas. Tell Luiz about renovations, views, architectural details and any spaces that need special attention. Confirm the final coverage when booking.
How soon can I receive the photographs?
AVS advertises 12–24-hour photo delivery. Confirm your appointment and required delivery time when booking, especially if the listing has a fixed launch deadline.
Are drone photos, floor plans or video included?
Photos Only is the photography option. Drone photography, floor plans, tours and video are separate services. Compare the packages if you need several formats for the same listing.
How should I prepare the home?
Clean surfaces and windows, remove personal items and visible cords, straighten furniture and bedding, and make each room accessible. Arrange landscaping and pool preparation before the appointment. Share access instructions and any privacy concerns in advance.
Do you photograph vacation rentals and commercial properties?
Yes, AVS also works with vacation rentals, architecture and commercial projects. These projects should be discussed separately so the coverage and intended use can be quoted appropriately.
