Our home on the Gulf Coast

Pinellas County

Based in Palm Harbor, AVS Photo & Video serves real estate agents, homeowners and property managers throughout Pinellas County. From a beach condominium to an inland family home, the right photographs should explain the property clearly: its rooms, layout, outdoor spaces and relationship to its surroundings.

Palm Harbor

Real estate photography close to home

For Palm Harbor listings, combine inviting interiors with a clear view of the outdoor living areas. Photography, floor plans and property video can work together to explain the home beyond a single room. Nearby coverage includes Ozona, Crystal Beach, East Lake and Innisbrook.

Dunedin

Character, light and coastal living

Give a Dunedin listing a coherent visual story, from the first exterior photograph to the living spaces and backyard. For a compact home, thoughtful room-to-room coverage helps explain the layout; for a larger property, video can connect the interior and exterior experience.

Clearwater & Clearwater Beach

Homes, condos and waterfront views

Clearwater coverage includes Downtown Clearwater, Countryside, Island Estates, Sand Key and Clearwater Beach. For a condo, plan photographs of the rooms, balcony and views, plus any approved amenities. A floor plan can help buyers understand the layout before arranging an in-person showing.

St. Petersburg

Architecture, interiors and outdoor spaces

Present a St. Petersburg house or condominium with images that connect its architectural details to the way the space is used. Interior photography establishes the rooms; exterior images show the setting. For multi-level properties, video or an interactive tour can make the circulation easier to follow.

Tarpon Springs

A complete view of the property

For a Tarpon Springs listing, include the features a buyer needs to understand beyond the front elevation: a pool, covered patio, garden or dock when present. Aerial photography can add context to the lot and surrounding water when conditions and flight authorization allow.

Safety Harbor

Details that make a home distinctive

A Safety Harbor photo session can bring attention to natural light, finishes and connections between rooms. Share renovations and features you want included before the appointment. A balanced sequence of wide views and detail photographs gives those improvements context within the home.

Oldsmar

Show the home and its setting

For Oldsmar properties, pair interior images with exterior views that explain the home’s footprint and outdoor areas. When a lot, pool or surrounding landscape is a key feature, an aerial view may complement the ground-level photographs. Add a floor plan for a clearer presentation of room relationships.

Largo & the Belleair communities

Polished media for each type of listing

Coverage includes Largo, Belleair, Belleair Beach, Belleair Bluffs and Belleair Shore. Tailor the session to the property: interiors and curb appeal for a house, or room flow, balcony views and approved shared amenities for a condominium. Rental properties can also be photographed around a guest’s arrival and stay.

Seminole & Pinellas Park

Clear layouts and useful perspectives

For listings in Seminole, Pinellas Park and nearby Kenneth City, photography should show how the rooms, kitchen and outdoor areas connect. Floor plans add a useful reference alongside the photographs. If the property is vacant, discuss virtual staging as an additional presentation option.

Gulfport & South Pasadena

From living spaces to the view outside

For Gulfport and South Pasadena homes or condos, plan coverage around the property’s own features: porches, gardens, balconies or water views where present. Let us know about building access, elevators and any shared areas you would like photographed so the appointment can be coordinated.

Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores

Coastal homes and vacation rentals

Beach-area listings often need to show more than bedrooms. Include living and dining spaces, outdoor seating, balconies and permitted amenities so buyers or guests can understand the property. For vacation rentals, discuss an image sequence that clearly communicates the layout and included features.

Tampa and the other side of the bay

Hillsborough County

AVS provides real estate photography and listing media in Tampa and surrounding Hillsborough County communities. Photography, video and tours can be planned around the property type and your marketing needs. Send the address and preferred appointment date so access, timing and the service selection can be coordinated.

Tampa

Real estate media for the city and its neighborhoods

For Tampa listings, create a consistent presentation across interior photographs, exterior views, video and floor plans. Coverage includes South Tampa, Downtown Tampa, Seminole Heights and nearby neighborhoods. For a high-rise or controlled-access property, arrange building entry and any amenity permissions before the shoot.

Westchase & Citrus Park

Connect indoor and outdoor living

For homes in Westchase and Citrus Park, a useful photo sequence shows the main living areas, bedrooms and outdoor spaces without leaving buyers to guess how they connect. Video can give those spaces continuity, while a floor plan provides a simple reference for the overall layout.

Carrollwood

An intentional presentation of the home

For a Carrollwood property, identify the features that deserve attention before the session: an updated kitchen, flexible room, landscaped yard or outdoor entertaining area. Interior and exterior images can then work together to explain both the appearance and practical use of the space.

Temple Terrace

Spaces, finishes and property flow

Temple Terrace listings can be presented with photographs that balance overall room views and distinctive finishes. For a home with multiple living areas or an unusual layout, combine photography with a floor plan or 3D tour to help buyers explore the relationships between spaces.

Brandon & Riverview

Media that supports a complete listing

For Brandon and Riverview properties, start with a clear set of interior and exterior images, then add the media that suits the listing. A property reel provides a short social-media introduction; a cinematic video gives more room to show the flow of the home.

Apollo Beach & South Shore

Show the property in context

For Apollo Beach and nearby South Shore listings, plan photographs around the home, outdoor living spaces and any waterfront features belonging to the property. Drone imagery can add a wider perspective where permitted. Share the exact address when booking so location and session requirements can be reviewed.

North of Tampa Bay

Pasco County

Coverage extends into Pasco County for residential listings and other property-media projects. Appointments are planned around the address, selected services and availability. Whether the project is a single home, a rental or architectural photography, share the brief so the session can be matched to the property.

New Port Richey & Port Richey

Interiors, exteriors and the surroundings

For a listing in New Port Richey or Port Richey, build a visual sequence that introduces the exterior, explains the living spaces and includes useful outdoor features. When location or lot layout is central to the presentation, ask about adding aerial photographs to the session.

Trinity

A coordinated set of listing media

For Trinity homes, photography, a floor plan and video can answer different questions within the same presentation. Photographs show the rooms and finishes; the plan explains their arrangement; video links the spaces together. Select a package or combine individual services to suit the listing.

Holiday & Hudson

Highlight the features buyers need to see

For Holiday and Hudson properties, include the areas that define the home’s use: main living spaces, screened rooms, patios and any water-facing features. Prepare a short list of priorities before the appointment so those features are considered in the photography plan.

Land O’ Lakes

Room to understand the whole home

For a Land O’ Lakes listing, a complete visual presentation can connect indoor rooms with the yard, pool or covered living areas when present. A floor plan or interactive tour is useful when the property has several bedrooms, separate living zones or more than one level.

Wesley Chapel

From the first impression to a closer look

For Wesley Chapel properties, combine an inviting exterior introduction with photographs that clearly describe the interior. A 3D tour gives remote buyers another way to explore, while a short reel can introduce the listing on social media. Discuss which formats fit your marketing plan.

Odessa & nearby communities

Plan the session around the address

For Odessa and nearby communities around the Pasco–Hillsborough boundary, use the property address when requesting an appointment. For a larger lot or a home with separate outdoor features, discuss a combination of ground-level photographs, aerial views and video to explain the site as a whole.

Coverage, scheduling and the details that help you plan your next property shoot.

Which areas does AVS Photo & Video serve?

AVS is based in Palm Harbor and serves Pinellas County, Tampa and surrounding Hillsborough and Pasco County communities. The directory above lists the main locations covered. If your property is outside those areas, send the address to discuss availability and travel.

Can I book photography and video for the same property?

Yes. Choose a media package or combine individual services such as interior and exterior photography, drone imagery, cinematic video, floor plans, Zillow 3D Home Tours and Matterport. Share the full service list when scheduling so enough time can be planned for the appointment.

Do you photograph beach condos and vacation rentals?

Yes. AVS photographs homes, condos and vacation rentals. For a condo, arrange access to the unit and confirm permission for any common areas you want included. For a rental, share the important guest-facing spaces and amenities so they can be considered in the shoot plan.

Is drone photography available in every location?

Drone services depend on weather, airspace and flight authorization at the property. Aerial coverage is confirmed for the specific location and appointment; it cannot be guaranteed solely because a city is listed in the service area.

How quickly will I receive the photos?

The homepage packages include 12–24 hour photo delivery. This timing applies to photography; confirm the delivery schedule for video, tours and other media when booking, especially if your listing has a fixed launch date.

Are package prices the same for every property?

The advertised residential packages apply to listings up to 2,500 square feet. Larger properties, vacation rentals, architecture, commercial work and other custom projects should be quoted for their scope. Share the address and square footage, and confirm any travel costs before the appointment.

How should I prepare for the appointment?

Have the property ready before the scheduled arrival: clear surfaces, tidy beds and living areas, open access to rooms and outdoor spaces, and arrange parking or building entry. Mention any important features, access restrictions, pets or areas that should not be photographed.
