Photo delivery is between 12 and 24 hours, depending on the project. Confirm timing for videos, tours and other deliverables at booking. If you are coordinating an MLS launch, an open house or another marketing deadline, mention the date before the session.

Prepare the whole room first: clear counters and floors, arrange furniture, clean glass and remove personal items. Then identify the details that matter, such as built-in shelving, woodwork, tile or a fireplace. Keep those features unobstructed. Detail photographs work best alongside wider views that show where the features sit within the home.

Identify views available from the unit separately from nearby attractions. Have the rooms ready before the session and let building management know about any agreed shared-space photography.
