Match the crop to the information
A wide aerial may work across a brochure spread but lose its subject in a narrow social crop. Preview the actual layout and keep the building identifiable. Avoid stretching the photograph to fill a shape. If a crop removes the relationship the image was intended to explain, choose a different frame or leave additional space in the design.
Keep graphics separate from the master
Save address labels, arrows and branding as editable design layers when possible. Retain an original delivered image without those additions. A presentation may need a simple property marker, while a listing destination may have different requirements. Check the intended channel's rules instead of treating a heavily branded version as suitable everywhere.
Confirm rights and property details before reuse
Ask about the agreed image usage and any limitations when booking. Do not assume a listing photograph can be transferred to another business or used indefinitely for unrelated advertising.
